Linn's 24 bits of Christmas is back!

"Every day in December we’ll be giving away a different, free Studio Master track - the highest quality available, anywhere."

They have one free today to kickstart this year's giveaways. Here's the LINK.

Great news!!! I got the ones from last year and were great, downloading the one from today, thanks mate

I'm glad you mentioned that thread...thanks.  Didn't know it was out there.  Interestingly, it only allows references to FLAC files so now I'm wondering if there's other threads on other hi-res freebie formats...LOL.

I think it's just lossless in general as most places have both FLAC and ALAC. Even goes to stretch to just free music in general (that's not illegal) as sometimes someone just posts mp3 or aac albums that are free.

lol I should have read your post first, but whatevers. I liked the q701 immensely except it was a tad bit too bass light and those damn bumps. seems like both problems have been fixed and its only $50 more than the $149 q701 drop. seems like a solid deal.

i probably don't *need* it or will use it that often with my he-560, but hell why not. it's black friday!!! :D:D:D

I'm also looking at the possibility of a wireless headset (Sennheiser RS170 or RS180) but even with the "KLEER" wireless tech they claim, I'm super skeptic. How good can the amp be built-in the headphone? It is on sale though $180 and $190 on Amazon and Sennheiser site. Then again, I can go portable with the HE560 and Ibasso DX100.

Hey all, I'm listening to my new RHA MA750i IEM's that I got for $80 last week.  I must say, I'm pretty impressed with both the build quality and the sound quality.  As I'm relatively new to IEM's, I'm having trouble deciding which tips to use and getting the best seal.  But so far, with a good seal, the sound is really nice.  Very balanced sound signature, slightly mid-focused without being dark or veiled.

It looks like they're still $80 shipped from Newegg (compared to $130 on Amazon).

If anyone is looking, I'm giving these a thumbs up.

I've got the RS170's, having replaced my oooooooooold Senn units of many years.  They are what they are.  I need to change out the earpads on the 170's they were soooooo bad.  They do a good job for listening to TV and the like when you don't want to wake anyone up, but I wouldn't buy these expecting too much.  That's my take.

ALL the Amazon warehouse deals for your skimming pleasure, you can narrow the brands and price to the left of the screen (on a computer): http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_pg_1?me=A2L77EE7U53NWQ&rh=k%3Aheadphones%2Cn%3A1267878011&keywords=headphones&ie=UTF8&qid=1416875559

You mean the used ones?  That's a heck of a good price if you buy them new.  Again....don't expect too much and I think you'll be pleased....well, aside from the literally crap pads.  They're ridiculous.  Further, they don't even list the proper replacement pad but I've got that worked out should you get the 170's and want to upgrade...just ping me and I'll set you up with the product code.  They're not cheap but they're soooooo much better.

I was looking for 128 gb ones, that max supported by AK100 II, but it cost 130$, while 64gb cost 28$
