refurb, 30 day warranty, still seems like a good deal.
Your device doesn't recognize the cards bigger than 64Gb because of the format not the card size. The trick is to format the card to FAT32 and then the device will recognize it.
Should have been more clear, I'm not exactly using it for a sansa clip. Just a device limited to 32gb on a micro sd slot. Does the adapted allow my device to recognize over 32gb when it doesn't with a 64GB.
To format to fat32 plug your card to the card reader in a windows machine, open up my computer and right click on the sd card. (NEXT STEP WILL DELETE ALL YOUR FILES ON THE SD CARD!!) Click format. You'll see on the windows a file system drop down menu, pick fat32, uncheck fast format if its checked (or check slow format, I forget) and click ok. Let your computer do its thing and finish. Your files are now gone and card to fat32.

I remember there being more to it than that. I had to format my external HDD to FAT32 to backup my PS3 and change out the drive. Last I checked, Windows won't let you easily format something bigger than a certain size in FAT32. You have to use a third party tool or like an OLD DOS-based version of Windows.
Hmm.. never really tried formatting a 64gb sd that way so you might be right. According to online searches fat32 only goes to 32GB. Here's an HP tool that'll allow you to format beyond 32gb. I've never tried it but yielded as an answer when doing a google search:
Try at your own risk:

Edit: newer version from CNET that's been tested with W7 (should work for 8 as well)

+1, I wanted a 64gig for my clip+ and read about the fat32 thing. The guy i bought my card from had it already formatted so i don't know how to do it myself, but it worked right when i put it in my clip. Should work for your device too, you would probably find guides to do it somewhere on the net
Thought I would post an update on the Denon AH-D600 headphone deal from Best Buy. I went to my local Best Buy which did not have them in stock, but they did look them up online and ring them up (or something) to reveal the $150 price tag. According to the sales associate, there are only 5 left (4 now I think, since I bought one). Not sure if all best buys order from the same place, but this deal isn't dead yet!
