Tigerdirect having some sort of v-me/rebate deal thing. Looks like they had some almost free deals on the UE6000, that have went oos, still looks like you could do 40$ if you want to jump through some hoops. Also not sure how good of a deal this is.

I don't know if this is typical, but when I picked up the ATH-M50 from BuyDig.com for $89 a week or two ago, they came with a $10 coupon (non-stackable) for my next purchase.  Doesn't exactly make the original purchase 10 bucks cheaper, but if you know you're going to be buying something else from them, it might be relevant.

You can actually get down a lot lower on the UE6000. It was posted earlier from a slickdeals link. The problem is that the rebate is bundled with terrible software that you have to activate, give them your credit card (though you can cancel, but still), in order for the rebate to be redeemed. I wouldn't let that software within a mile of my computer's hard drive or my credit card number to such terrible company.

The deal is worth my time, and I don't mind waiting for rebates, but in the end I refused to do it because of the terms of redemption for the rebate.

I redeemed the rebate without installing the software. I'm a mac user. I just activated it on their website. I'll cancel once the prepaid card is in hand.

Deal expires today 11:59pm eastern time. Btw, I tried the slickdeals cheapest offer & calculated the rebate discount, total was like $50 (sales tax+S&H), base discount price was $30. I might have been willing to jump through hops for $10 headphones, but not for $50 when I don't even really need these headphones. I think the base price of the products have risen since the deal was posted.

If you do buy from them, note you probably will not be getting S/N stickers on your M100 or the product registration card/warranty card, so you won't be qualified for the 2 year premier warranty or the immortal life program.
