The Deals DISCUSSION Thread (READ THE FIRST POST!!!)

Like I said, the deal was posted on RazorDog Audio Facebook page. It's $549 after the coupon. I know the website says the HD700 is excluded, and it normally is, but the Facebook page says its a deal.

I just placed an order for the HD700s at $549. The coupon took and they accepted my money. I read the Facebook post too, and while it doesn't specifically say that the $100 is for the HD700, the post only mentions the HD700 in the post, and immediately follows that sentence with the statement about the coupon. If it is not eligible for the HD700, the post is certainly misleading..see entire copy-paste from FB below:

Per Facebook page:
"The Sennheiser HD 700 is discounted from $999 to $649 now thru December 31st. RazorDog! is also offering an additional $100 off with code RAZORDOG100. All items ship in 5-7 days. Hurry and get yours before they are gone!

"2. The instant rebate offer seems too good to be true! What’s the catch?
At RazorDog! Audio our goal is to give you the lowest prices. So there’s no catch, other than HifiMAN products are not eligible as well as the Sennheiser HD 600($100), HD 700, HD 800 and HDVD 800. Please contact us if you have questions about your order. NOTE: The instant rebate ONLY applies to orders placed on razordogaudio.com. eBay orders are not eligible. Cannot be combined with any other discount code or promo."

This gets posted about once a week. With RazorDog, just ignore the small print. Its usually in reference to their standard $50 off $249 / $100 off $399 coupons and even then they sometimes work for models that are supposedly ineligible. Always try your RazorDog coupon codes in the shopping cart to findout for sure. A lot of the time it works, even on Sennheiser models, particularly these last few weeks with the holiday sales he's been doing.

JVC FX40s in all colors are down around $17 on AMZ. Great price for some IEMs I'd easily pay $50-60 for.

This has been the regular price at AMZ.

Well the black ones sold through amazon are a few dollars more. And it's still a deal on some budget IEMs. Many other online retailers are selling them for upwards of $25.

I'm missing day 1 (three tracks) and day 4 (Kuniko) of the 24 Bits of Christmas. Can anybody dropbox a copy (highest quality you downloaded) for me (or any similar method). Thanks! :D

Sucks.

It's not a great headphone by any means, but for $70 it's a fairly durable and passably good-sounding casual portable.

Just stumbled onto this bundle while looking for a used BH2. It probably saves the buyer around $30.
