Sales tax is 8% over here.. Crazy, but at least it isn't the 10% of San Francisco, so there is that..

It's so effing legally and economically nonsensical as it interferes with freedom of contract, and directly and adversely affects demand (for technical reasons, counted as supply). :cool:
