I use the Buds Plus at the gym and when I'm walking outside, these are really convenient with a decent sound also the app is great for customize the headphones sounds and touch controls.

Is the er4xr/er4sr wire more durable than the er2sr?
I have had the er2sr for maybe 2 months and with extremely light use the wire is already pulling out of the Y junction.

That wire does look better, however it may just be the quality of the little cylinder junction where the wires split to the separate IEM's. It is the single wire that comes from the plug that has come out of that cylinder junction.

I have er4xr and uses it everyday in my running (1.5 to 2.5 hours) for more than one year now, and it is very durable. Not sure about er2sr.

just got the M570's.... holy hell I was almost disappointed at the I own a 50W headphone amp don't blow them up phase then I gave them power holy hell they are so damn good and the build quality and wood just wow cannot believe I payed $135 out the door

best $135 I have spent period hoping the M1570's are the best $400 I spend, shame I missed them OB at $300

Not sure of the sweat proof part, since I am in southern california and the weather is always pretty dry and I do not sweat that much. However, I am running on running/bike trail, if you are running along with traffic, it could be dangerous since etymotic pretty much block all outside noise. It is even more powerful than Airpod pro in noise-cancelling mode.

OB + OB code $150->$120 then S&H and I got Monoprice to call me and talked to get 15% off after the code ended for the M1570... Honestly I could probably have gotten the $300 OB price but I guess I was feeling happy since both these were a splurge for a good business deal so I didn't push the matter that could have gotten me another $85 off also the manager I spoke to was nice and hooked up so I guess having his personal number is valuable in itself in the long run... Usually companies do things wrong and want to make up for it or reward you if you scratch their back, there is always an angle.

EDIT -If you think you can easily call and request the 15% off first I happened to speak to the right person, which in my case was skill not luck I have a way of lighting fires under butts and second I had an order issue so the phonecall began with an apology and I insisted I wasn't owed one and in turn asked for the favor so YMMV

OB = Open Box and code is like a promotional code that can be entered for an automatic discount, they had one for even more savings on OB items at the time, it was a lining up of the stars.
