Several of the original reviews for the A5 Pro say that 3 pairs of pads and 2 cables come with the product.  Cnet Review.

Perhaps Philips changed their minds before start of manufacture, or perhaps during manufacture.  The Groupon listing shows the 3 pads as part of the offering, but makes no mention that they are not included.  It is certainly unusual to show optional extra cost items in listing photos with no mention they are optional extra cost. 

IMO that Groupon listing was misleading. I'm still happy I got them though.

Yeah, I have the On1, very fun bassy on ear, I'd pick up the On2 if I had the money right now.

On2 is even better. Better sound and build as compared to On1. I have mine for sale in the FS thread at a slightly better price than Amazon
