My almost 30 year old Kenwood M2A power amp quit working. Power comes on and that's it. So I had no luck finding a local repair shop. This thing is heavy, so shipping elsewhere might not be worthwhile.

 
Sounds like a recap is needed.  Electrolytic caps won't last forever.  Diy or any mom-n-pop electronic store could do it.
