It was probably because mine has always been in a cover or skin that I didn’t need an insertI use the thinest insert with my 1Z in the dock. Otherwise it wobbles around.

My 1Z is in the Banks TPU case and with the thinnest insert it sits perfectly. With no insert its harder to plug it into the dock connector and wobbles. It was probably because mine has always been in a cover or skin that I didn’t need an insert
Yes the blue Walkman Dignis case that I had could not fit in the dock and nor could the FatBear. The Sony stock case (that I never liked or used) and the Benks tpu fit without a spacerMy 1Z is in the Banks TPU case and with the thinnest insert it sits perfectly. If I used the Dignis case with no inserts it's extremely tight. So I only use the Dignis when I'm traveling.
Just get some 0.2mm sticky bumpers from a hardware store. That's what I'm planning on doing.I use a clear TPU case on mine to show off the Gold, any info on how to purchase a spacer?

I did try them with my WM1A during the London canjam. No problem driving them and is a good pairing.Has anyone tried Meze 109 Pro headphones with Sony NW-WM1Z, balanced?
I had the same issue, it looks like glue between the glass and the panel. I have tried to fix it by keeping the display on (to make it warm) and then letting a small weight on the screen (with a small towel between them). It did not fix 100% but it reduced the "glue".
Does this means that the LCD is peeling? How to repair this?
I've seen something similar with my glass screen protector when I did have it on right.

This is what I've always done including on all my Sony daps, I do it about once a year but otherwise it is not a good idea to regularily fully discharge or recharge a battery, I try to keep mine between 10% and 90%Can anyone please confirm that for a battery reset that you let it run down, then keep turning on until it won't turn on at all. Then disengage battery saver and fully charge uninterrupted?
This was the process I used years ago when an old walkman had chronic discharge but when I shared these steps about a year ago on the 1A/1Z thread someone said it was wrong and you shouldn't completely deaden the battery.
