can someone who has owned both 1a and 1z describe the sound differences/improvements of 1z over 1a ?

To me the 1z sounds “bigger and better”. It has more impact, and a more spaced out (in a good way) sound.

For 1A/1Z you dont need those inserts, they are for the smaller daps like the ZX or A series

I use the thinest insert with my 1Z in the dock. Otherwise it wobbles around.
