Interesting to see the exact same actual capacity on a 1TB card. I've two of them also but mostly a copy of one another, my other is in my ZX507. I love having lots of available space still, also on the internal memory, used to drive me nuts on lower capacity cards having to delete to make way for new albums... 1TB cards a worthwhile investment.

Yeah, I've 41gb to go on my 512gb card. A 1tb card is definitely in my (relatively near) future. The only question is whether I'll get two, one for my WM1A and one for my NW-A45 (my dining room DAP).

Is the left one A45 or A55? Been thinking of getting smaller device for outdoor activity. I know it's not in the same league but how much different would you compare (subjectively) A45/55 with 1A (before Nayparm mod)?

It’s an A55. I previously had an A45. The A55 can handle more tracks than the A45 could. I have never heard a 1A so cant say. What I can say is that if I had had an A55 with MrWalkman modded fw I probably would not have bought the 1Z. Yes the 1Z is clearly better (even more so with the Nayparm mod), but the A55 would have been good enough for my travel needs.

You can tell the difference at a glance from the sides. A45 has squared off sides, A55 has rounded sides.

anyway, seen one on sale used for 625 usd, is it a good deal?
I kicked myself for not picking one that went for 550usd with a dignis case.
will be driving mostly my listed gears on signature, it'd probably just be fine driving most of them, my only worry is the Beyer T1.

The 1A/1Z still rely kinda much on DSP when compared to other players.

I imagine that the 1A firmware on the DX220 would sound awesome!
