I think there are to m100s out there. One is the normal one and the other has bass reduction, cnet reviewed the one with bass reduction. Unfortunately, the m-100's comfort jus doesn't do it for me. So, what are your views on the d5000, is it worth a step up to the d7000. In my country the d5k is arnd usd 813 and the d7k arnd usd 1218. These prices are not because this model is discontinued it's just like that cos the cost of living in my country is unbelievably high. Is the d7k worth the step up?

Hey do you guys think it's the type of music I'm listening to? Digizoid replied to me and says the zo2 doesn't amplify fake bass only bass from like instruments

That sounds.. weird, especially since its coming from Digizoid. Bass is bass. If the low-end is present, the ZO2.3 will boost it.

Hey guys, have any of you had decent listening time with the SMS Audio Street by 50 headphones? I auditioned them for a short while, and was quite surprised by what I heard. Bass was full bodied and quite powerful, but the overall sound was less muddy than the Beats Solo/Studio. Granted, that isn't very difficult to do, but still, if I had to choose between the 2, I know which one I'd take.

Uhhhhhh There's one version. If there's a 'reduced' bass version then it's likely DOA because these are supposed to have bass

If you're going to spend that much, get the Ultrasone Signature DJ.  It is an uncompromising audiophile basshead can.

I am quite skeptical about it cause I don't get to try it. Like I say before, I don't really like to buy a 700 dollar headphones and then return if they are not suitable for me. Anyway, what store actually provide that service?

I now have M-Audio Q40s. Paired it with a Fiio E7 and man do i love them :) Some guy sold me a new sealed pair on ebay for $80 shipped. Thinking of buying an E17 amp for it and in preparation for the inevitable headphone upgrade lol

What would you guys suggest for the Q40s.. i already own a Fiio E7 but want to upgrade. Should i go with Z02 or E17? (Lets say i dont care much about the price difference)

It was RMC Audio, but they are no longer and Ultrasone dealer because they were were selling them at too low a price, so you are correct they are $1,000 at retail, but can be found on Ebay sometimes for less.

NuForce HP-800 and it's only $150.  V-Moda M-100 also goes deep and may provide you with better overall SQ than the DT990, D2000 and definitely better than XB1000 (but perhaps not more bass).
