That Woodford Reserve looks particularly scrumptious, @jerick70. I like the touch of sweetness, and darker colour, that maturation in sherry/port barrels proffers.

Did read somewhere recently that, with today's global financial instabilities, barrels of scotch were good, long-term investments...

Appreciate the well wishes everyone, we were not hit but so many got wrecked! Surprisingly for an F3 on and off the ground for miles there was only one fatality Son's college Ultimate Team came to town as one of the team members home was flattened Anyway I put the old chain saw to work clearing out, it was great to see so many people out helping to clear and recover.

Yeah, some whiskeys are terrible when the wrong barrels are used. I like rye. I have a bottle of Redemption Rye that I sip on quite often.
