I'm calling complete and utter BS on that. I can see splitting the digital stream causing several ill effects and very few if any good ones.

I have had flu all week so I have been listening to my HD800 with the uBer cable on it..................The AK120 is the only DAP I have that makes the HD800 sing

Just got it today from Jaben Hong Kong, after a quick 10 min test, I can say the sound stage is definitely bigger than stock ak100, I am loving the low and mid. For me the ak100 is flat compared to this. I agree as Gavin said, definitely justified the price :D

Hmm, to my knowledge, Gapless should have been a standard feature with the AK120. I'll find out for sure from our dev team.
