Message for all Tera Player fellow headfi owners...

I can report back that my new Wagnus Epsilon S works extremely good with Tera and brought out all the greatness of the TP...

- analogue but now more powerful
- every details are now more palpable
- lower end now dive deeper

The above impressions were derived from my Tralucent Ref.1 with both silver/uber cables and uber mini interconnector.

Anyone with experiences of the Tera with MH335DW or K10?

No experience with those, but the Parterre pairs beautifully.

I was on a flight with the 335 and Tera player. Excellent:)

That's good to know; I have a Tera player coming. How does the 335 rate against the Ref 1 on the Tera?

Hmmm... Both are different creatures... The Ref 1 is more 3D sounding and has more visceral bass.

And you prefer to travel with the 335/Tera, any particular reason? Do you amp your Tera?

No real preference. Just happened that I just received the 335 just a few weeks back and I'm burning it in.

Nope. No amp for the Tera. :)

H um, I need to try again, but when I first tried the bass on the 335 was quite weak with the Tera. The Tera, due to it's output caps, really messes with low impedance multi BA iems. The only two that work with the Tera among my iems are SE5 (high impedance) and Ref1 (hybrid, 1plus2 works well too). I will give the 335 another shot, but really I remember having no mid bass impact.

Hmmm... I tend to listen to audiophile vocals on the Tera player. In that sense, any lack of bass impact may not be so evident. Hmmm... Let me try with some other music when I get home. :)
