I too was missing accessories with this pack.  

 

 

 

Now, here is the gross part, I can't really capture it well with my cellphone camera, but the Matte finish part of the headphones, look used and oily.

I contacted Amazon, and they are going to send me a replacement pair, while they did not have any of the TF10 in stock, they were able to ship me out a TF10vi.  

 

Charged me another $75 bucks

 

I used a $25 giftcard toward the purchase of the first pair so I got them for 75.  

 

The TF10vi were 346.81, so he adjusted it to $75.00 with free overnight shipping. .  Gotta love Amazon.

And I called UE and they said they're not available as a replacement part.  So I called Amazon and they said they are out of stock so they can't get me another pair, so they're just going to refund me the money and let me keep them.

hell yu got free headphones. I sent my first pair ack and they told me to order overnight and credited me the difference in price. Amazon is still best place to buy from IMO

I ordered mine around 8:45am central time..so far no bites yet..I asked them a couple of days ago and this is what they said. I'm not really sure what to expect but I'm optimistic since I've had nothing but great service from them.

My TF10s arrived today. I received the full kit, with all accessories including the 2 pairs of Comply tips (which dont fit me at all).  The default tips are the best for me.
 
First thing I tried was removing the cable from each earpiece to see if they were gonna be damaged. While the fit is very tight, the cables didnt pull the innards out of either earpiece.

With the medium silicon tips, the fit is very good. I was expecting the worst after seeing all the complaints about fit. The memory wire that wraps around each ear is handy, and while the earpieces do stick out a little farther than other IEM's I would say they fit great They sound great as well. All of that is completely normal if you just look at more than a single example. The package is the eco version for mass orders and not for shelf display. The casing is also fine. If it were matte, you'd be worried about fakes as it's meant to be glossy.

This is what they sent me and since I already paid I'm not sure what to do cuz it sounds like they wont be giving me them so I might have to ask for a refund or something..any ideas

Unfortunately, we don't have any more stock of Ultimate Ears TripleFi 10 Noise right now, and we're not sure when we'll be able to get more.

Our supply of some items is limited, and these products sell out quickly. I realize this is disappointing news.

I'd suggest checking our website from time to time to see if this item is available. If it's not available, you might see an "Alert me" link; "Alert me" allows you to sign up so we can e-mail you when Amazon has stock available for purchase.

I doubt you really paid.  They don't actually charge your credit card until the order ships.  At least that's how it's always worked for me.

Every time I purchased an item I believe they charged right away even b4 I got a tracking number? Im a bit  perplexed
