Tekfusion® Twinwoofers® In-Ear Headphones - Reviewers Needed!
Jul 25, 2014 at 12:38 AM Post #61 of 119
Considering all the accusations that Tekfusion Twinwoofers has had about fake reviews on Flipkart.com. I'm glad tekfusion is clearing things up.

Ouch - just read some of the "reviews".  Hopefully the product and service are good - I still want to review them, but I won't be glossing over anything if I get the chance .........

Count me in.
Those Amazon reviews look pretty barren when it comes to details. I'd gladly help to rectify that while satisfying my curiosity.

They've been for sale on Flipkart.com (Indian Amazon equivalent) for a couple of months..... 3826 Ratings and 919 Reviews there.... One might think that they're fake reviews.

Good thing Tekfusion is trying to get some educated reviews up by giving review samples.

I didn't want to offend since it's just my personal opinion so I didn't really elaborate my thoughts on those Amazon reviews. The first thing I thought was, "These aren't real. To many marketing phrases used that a normal Amazon review would never incorporate."

Could just be a coincidence. I like to give things the benefit of the doubt until otherwise proven.

Glad they brought them to Head-fi. Some great reviewers here. Hopefully no one holds back. I think negative reviews are equally as important as good ones.

Sure......its scale is 3.7/5 out of 3826 ratings for regulars and .... + 3.5/5 of 426 ratings for mobile ver. is not a bad.......and many happy customers might be there(in thous again) who never posted their rating for some reasons. And am sure thats why tekfusion put its trust(yeah boldly) in its Sound and want to extend their wings to serious music listeners (bassheads to be precise?)by stepping onto intl market space.(which I assume head-fi an entry)

And I have seen lot of negative reviews as well for a good(& overlooked) $10 -$$$ IEMs @amazon.com for eg: They mostly dont know what they are trying to say IMHO,

Lately Even Vsonic VSD3/S bit its dust for 2 headfiers here, which had been released just 3-4 weeks ago and they are not happy for the poor build quality either but sound. Its a QA issue and happens/expected in a prod batch of say 1000s....for any mfr for that matter.

PS: nothing personal, wouldve posted same lines for any brand whether they are matured in technology and business or the NKOTB sort of mfr, regardless of boundaries,non-biased to any, even it is joker!

The truth will be revealed soon... here, in Head-fi :)

Oh yeah they cant escape nor miss our matured ears.....The reviews will reveal many untold. The negative/gake reviews on flipkart itself making a huge hype here for these IEMs!

Dear @Harry1986 & the Tekfusion Technologies team,

If selected as a reviewer, I will do a fair review and comparison of the Twinwoofers with the following IEMs:

If you prefer the Twinwoofers not to be compared with those IEMs, please DON'T select me as the reviewer for Twinwoofers.

Thank you very much for your consideration!

Niels Bohr once said, and i quote: "An expert is a person who has made all the mistakes that can be made in a very narrow field."

We've never claimed to be perfect, and we take every single negative review very seriously to improve our products and service, and that's what makes us strong in competition today.

Secondly, this is not the first time we have provided review units to the world. We've had several youtubers, bloggers, technical editors, and journalists all over India who have reviewed our products. Not to mention that some of the top tech magazines, such as Think Digit (Now Digit) and Exhibit Magazine have covered our product reviews. You can find all this info in our website as well.

Back to the main topic.

Thanks to everyone for participating. We're coming close to the end of the week! You've still got time to sign up!

Happy weekend to all!

Well, those IEMs are in the same price bracket as the Twinwoofers. Should be a fair comparison price wise.

nope man , these are expensive on amazon , not here in india . its $18 . and ha-fx101 is $20 here . basically these are over priced at amazon .

see here , rs1080 is $18 .  http://www.flipkart.com/tekfusion-twinwoofers-in-ear-headphones/p/itmd6z7qynbsu483

Oh I see. Whoa so much different. Thanks for the info!
But the seller in Amazon is Tekfusion themselves. That means that's how they price it for outside India.

If they price it lower in Amazon, I will compare them maybe only with the Xiaomi Piston, and probably with my Monoprice IEMs.

i dont think these are that good to take on piston or even monoprice that big thing , i dont remember the model name its mep8233 i think , sorry if im wrong , correct me please . these twin might have a better fit then monprice but not sound . i will be surprised if these are better then monoprice . leave the pistons out , yes pistons have an over loaded bass but they have better clarity then monoprice too .
