So basically im using *cough* Skullcandy Agents *cough* and they are not cutting it, i need something in the $300- range and i dont know what too look at since there is many brands.
 
my specs for listening are anything that can fully grab  trance, dubstep ,glitch's full glory, thanks

x2 on the Denon recommendation.  BT and Aphex Twin sound marvelous on my D2000's.  And honestly, if you can take the treble on the ATH-M50's, they're also a great choice.  After copious burn-in, they've also become some of my faves for techno type stuff.
