I can confirm that the Pro 82 are a huge upgrade when it comes to comfort.:L3000:

I tried my 3,5 mm to 2,5 mm adapter from ugreen with my vmoda boom pro and i get no sound.

Any other recommendation that will definitely work?? No opinion from my side about sound quality. I'm still listening and trying them out.

You've finally got them! Yay! :beerchug:

The adapter doesn't work, because it's TRRS instead of TRS.
You need one of these:

I wonder if anyone has discovered that the 2.5mm socket is more than a simple choice from Takstar: It is balanced ready!
By taking a careful look at the circuit board, you will find that the ground is separated and the socket is 4pin instand of 3pin!

Even in that case, I will change it to a usual 3.5mm 3 pin socket for a more secure connection
Excuse me @UNW209, I think this comment of yours got lost in the thread and it seems very interesting to me, but I'm sorry that I don't quite get it. Could you please elaborate on it a little bit? (just out of curiosity, want to understand). Thanks.

My second pair of KOSS KSC75s are dying (the left side is crapping out again!) and I'm looking for a more sturdy headphone that has a similar sound signature as the KSC75s.

How does the Takstar Pro 82 compare to this?

KSC75 is very warm, Pro 82 isn't warm at all - they are very different.
Bosshifi B8 is a lot closer to KSC75.

Takstar Pro 82 are very nice headphones in terms of sound and comfort. The sound quality is very good, there is no distortion at maximum volume.

Great!
Can you share a little more details - what other headphones did you compare Pro 82 with, what kind of music do you listen to?

I wonder whether we will have a @ZeosPantera's review on these fantastic Takstar Pro 82 sometime soon...

He did unbox a unit about a month and a half ago and praised the packaging, the build, the quality of the earpads and comfort, right OOTB (check out his first impressions at around 2:30s). He even seems to have been using them lately (seen recently here at ~11:15s).

Not that I do blindly trust this guy in all regards, but I'm interested in knowing his opinion about the Pro 82 giving his proved experience. It could be quite surprising and surely real fun! :)

Hiya guys!!!!!!!

I've just recived the PRO 82 after month and half, yep lot time to wait but it was worth it. The sound is amazing but I need to check longer and different kind of musics, I check classical music from youtube at the moment and I need to say the sound is great, even when you have the "bass reflex" close. When you open it..... omg the bass almost can hit you :)

They are (or it's better to say it??) really confortable, more than the previus but I wonder if there are better pads for it, I try to use ones I bougth for the PRO 80 but the new model has some holes on the pad to held on the place, does anyone know anything about it???

I only find a one bad thing of mine headphones.... I wanted black and they are silver but for a 20% discount who cares at leats I can't see it XD.

I prefer the silver. Black headphones are so common and boring. :)
