I've just found my old Takstars pro 80 (Hyperx Cloud) and sometimes it sounds much better with good output than 82 pro: the sound is much warmer, bass is more extended, only thing is missing a little is clarity. I'm actually a bit confused.
It was sort of the implicit question in there, because I don’t remember of anyone driving the Pro 82 in balanced mode even if they seem to be prepared for it! I don’t know of any compatible cable either, but it shouldn’t be too hard to build such cable?
I was very curious to know whether balanced could further improve their performance. I have no any balanced output at disposal to try...
I don't think so. Both ends should be 2.5mm balanced, if the Pro 82 are to be used with a DAP or with the ES100 BT receiver that @BenF suggested to try.
Plus you should double-check on the correct polarity in the cable, wrt the actual wiring in the Pro 82...

Ugh, all was good until I started noticing the rattling on the left driver. Bass shaker on audiocheck.net is a total fail. I noticed it on "Flowery Flat" by Kenichiro Nishihara around 1:40. The song does have some clipping around the time which I can hear with other headphones, but I hear an additional rattle on the left side. The strange thing is that the rattle is less obvious with the stock cable than my ATH-M50x short cable which I mainly use. Might have something to do with the 2.5mm connector being 4-pole on the stock cable vs 3-pole on the ATH cable.
Makes perfect sense. ATH-M50x's cable's 2.5mm plug is probably a little narrower than the original Pro 82 cable's plug, so it doesn't sit in as tight and can move around a bit.
Is there's any portable "analogues" of Takstars? It's just hard to carry this all the time, at winter mostly. Now I look at Rose Masya Standard. Btw, I hate vacuum earphones, literally unlistenable.

Baldoor/Mrice E100 was very close, but the current iterations being sold on Aliexpress are not as good as the original.
Some E100 may still be MK2, E100A should be all MK3 now - much better sounding than MK2.
MK3 is very good for the price, but not as good as the original.
My advice - buy Qian 25/39/69, Toneking TP16, Yincrow X6 and NICEHCK DIY Graphene Earbud. They will all cost combined half of Masya, and after experimenting with different foam cover options (naked/donut/full) you will find one you'll love. If you insist spending over 100$, add 1More E1008 to that list too.
Hi.
Earlier I had a Takstar TS 671 model, these are fine earphones with a huge scene. Somebody knows as scene volume corresponds in Takstar Pro82 and Takstar TS 671?
Or there can be what other earphones have so many volume scene?
Thank you.

I don't have TS671, but Pro 82 has just ok soundstage for closed headphones. If you really looking only for a soundstage it's not the headphones you need.
