What does the most powerful magnet ever featured in a headphone, with weak bass, tell you? :)

That venting is incredibly important.

Very best,

MalVeauX, if you're into high-end closed cans with good bass, the D7000s or Ed 8 (or even LA7000) should suit you better.

I'd like to ressurect this thread to say David speaks the truth! The headphone is frankly terrible with electronic music, and with rock its just anenmic. In some respects it reminds me of the 770 good deep bass, but peaky treble and sparkle. No depth. Honestly sounds horrible. But with classical its great - though not with old recordings as it picks out the noise so much.

But in general what a disapointment these headphones are, for the money, terrible!

I am keeping the T1 instead with is basically nirvana.

The only good thing about the T5p is how light and comfy they are. But zero reason to recommend, even if they were the same price as the 770!
