The SRH840 are not bassy at all. They're not neutral, but if you "love bass", they will disappoint you.
Grados have a mid-bass hump, which is great for stuff like rock and maybe hip-hop, but not for electronic music, which is more sub-bas dependent. They have very little sub-bass, mainly because they are open.
If you had a smaller budget maybe also consider the Creative Aurvana Live, since they have the same driver as the Denon 1001. They usually go for than 100$, often less.

I haven't tried all of your options, and I know some of them are very highly regarded (HFI-580 looking at you), but I still think the SRH750 are your thing.

Really? Are you sure? I have owned both the srh750dj and shure srh840. They are nearly identical. the srh840 emphasizes midbass while the srh750dj has sub bass. Both have way to much bass for me.

Ok let me rephrase: they are not basshead headphones. Like I said, I know they have more than neutral bass, but for someone who specified to love bass, I don't think they will suffice.

The srh750dj isn't a basshead headphone either.

Do you think the Beyer DT770 (80 ohm) unamped would sound just as good as the Audio Technica PRO700 MK2 unamped? If not, I'm using a Zune HD 32GB, would the FiiO E11 amp the DT770 enough? Or should I just stick with the PRO700's?

Is the DT660 comparable to the DT770? They have pretty much the same specs except for the noise pressure lvl and weight.

DT770 Pro/80 definitely needs some amping IMO, I wasn't satisfied with it unamped.
