My current setup:
imac>vlc media player(lossless)>emu 0404 usb>lunchboxII>hd600
I like what I have, but I'd also like to move up the ladder.
I've been considering a darkvoice 337 ($650) but I'm wondering if I'd be better off buying the darkvoice 332, selling the 0404, and spending $400-$500 on a better DAC (OMZ).

I don't know. That sure sounds like an awful lot of money when you like what you already have. How about maybe just a good DAC? If USB is needed, there are several out there that have the USB capability built-in. Let me know and maybe I can find them again and send you the link to them.
