It's very odd. When switching between DSD and PCM format, there do has little crackling sounds.But you said not specific song, randomly. Could you send me your files, which often has the crackling sound? then we can check then tell you whether need to be sent back.

i cant. they are all random lol no single song crackles i keep repeating sometimes have sometimes dont have lol

For me yes, good pairing, hated the adels

@soundaware, more updates on my situation. .flac playback crackled. rewinded the song backwards to hear crackling again. Nothing, results inconsistent. switched fade to on now, to assess the problem see if it appears again.
