The only desktop amp I know is the DAC/amp Ayre Acoustics Codex. They are the company that makes the amp section for the Pono for Neil Young. But the price is huge...
Appear to be a fully balanced. One jack is likely for left and another for right channel. Likely very similar to PHA-3 & Pono & Ayre Codex balanced jacks configuration.
The TEAC can be configured for two parallel single-ended jacks of balanced using the same two output jacks. I really don't understand why they spared the expense of adding a XL4 connector...
They're based on the 100aap, but wireless. They seem to perform quite well judging by the 100aap thread.

Someone started the wireless thread here.

I just had my UD-503 today. It sounds amazing with my Z7. The bass sounds really impactful, well controlled and tight. I never heard this type of bass before with any of my amps and headphones combined. The soundstage is also very expansive. Sounds really smooth.
I initially didn't like the Z7 but plugged to a really good source, this can really sing.
