Navigation buttons cannot be re-arranged and there are no gesture options for navigation. A very stripped-down version of Android 12.

As someone that is interested in purchasing this DAP it's frustrating that there is very little in the way of reviews. Seems to be a trend with a lot of Sony stuff. Makes it hard to invest that kind of money.

I agree. The Head Fi community provided some comparisons earlier in this thread which were the most useful information on sound I have found (vs last years Sony models and the Shanling m6 ultra). Nothing as far as English review sites (low gain also limits usefulness if they did exist). I really wanted to know how it compares to the AK DAPs but decided not to wait any longer. Considering the lower price in Japan (for me, works out to be around 33% off) this puts the 707 into entry level DAP range and worth the gamble. I can only compare it to my AK320 when I do get it but happy to do so.

DHL Express. Shipping takes 1-3 days and it gets shipped to your door. You can pay taxes online via PayPal or Credit Card without delaying the shipping a second (you can even pay after you received it)
