It goes from an actual brick and mortar store (unaffiliated with FromJapan) in downtown Tokyo to their warehouse on the other side of town. It takes a day or two for that process, all good.

This looks pretty good, my only issue with this type of cases is how greasy they get, I used to have one similar to this one for my old NW-ZX507 and in the end I threw it out since everytime I grabbed it felt slippery and would have to constantly wipe it down with a microfiber cloth. I ordered one of the leather ones from Japan but it appears I didn’t realize that it wouldn’t ship to me for a while, I’m stuck waiting for it.

Is anyone else having issues with wifi being unavailable after leaving the zx707 on standby overnight? I bought a japanese version and not sure if it is specific to this model. I basically have to turn wifi off and back on again everyday after the unit has been in standby for awhile.

Otherwise really enjoying the sony dap but wish there was a fix or update for the wifi problem. No other device I have has this issue with the same wifi connection.

I'm with you. I don't want a case with a cover, the clear cases look like cheap hard plastic, prone to finger prints. I'm looking for an elegant simple sleeve but can't find anything.

Nope never had the issue. Did you make it's autoconnect is clicked?

I have not experienced this issue with my DAP, but then again I’ve only used Wifi a handful of times shortly to download App updates or songs from Apple Music for offline play. I mostly keep the WiFi off.

Someone at this forum has mentioned, that the case is designed to stay on forever Well I agree with this.
As I like to take the players out of their original cases to hold then in my hand from time to time, this is what resulted with ckl-nwzx700.
At the top edge, it tear apart slighty. So watch out when taking out. Even with extreme caution when taking out, there is pressure put on the side of the cover which may result in this.
