Holy crap I'm excited for this! I already have a ZX300 but I really want to try this one out! Really curious about the sound though. Hopefully it offers bang for buck performance like the M11? Also do we have an MSRP for us in the US?

Excuse my profanity lol, I haven't been this excited for a new release in a long time. Even if it doesn't sound that much better than a ZX300 I definitely still want to get my hands on this bad boy. They even switched to Type-C! Only downside I can see here is the battery life going from 30 to 20, then again Sony has been really good with battery so it's still not terrible

Sony hates the US. I wouldn't expect this for a while, like their other launches as of late.
Shoot I forgot, it usually takes a while for the US to get a release. It usually takes like 6 months right? Although I suppose it may be possible to import if you're desperate

Lol, I love Sony too, but I think the zx300 was less dorky looking, and I really like the look of the A100. But I'll probably drive myself nuts and try the ugly duckling zx500.

For me it would all depend on whether it can play hi-res audio from other 3rd part apps or android SRC will spoil my day... to wait and watch now!

It's almost criminal that the ZX500 is the same power rating as the ZX300. 200mw @ 16ohm is ridiculous at that price point. And now that it's running Android the only advantage that Sony had over its' Chi-Fi competition is now gone too, battery life. I'm a Sony fanboy, I mean just look at the gear in my sig, but I'm very much disappointed in this news.
