SONY NW-ZX2

The stock case is quite nice but I do want access to the screen more often than not and for that reason alone I went with the Dignis case. The Supplied Sony case is good for overall protection, for sure.

The design of the stock case is a major turn-off for me and that's why i went on to research on what cases were available for the NW-ZX2.

For HiRes, I always turn to mora and HDtracks.
For Anisong HiRes updates, you can refer to : http://anison-hires.info/ :3

Still awaiting for the gray dignis case to arrive~
Decided to go with Benks Magic OKR Tempered Glass Screen Protector for F886/ZX1 :3

I do like flip covers and all but I've never damaged or broken any of my portable devices's screens before so i've decided to go with the more classy route and went with the lovely dignis case-

unless you have a good screen protector, you won't get much protection with the dignis, even though the stock case is ugly and massive, it does give one of the best protection along with the super expensive case that Sony is selling on their site, although you can get it cheaper now with the item reduced in price.

I have two of the garmas glass protectors, haven't used it yet, as I don't have the ZX2 yet, they should be the same as the benks.

There are no place to hire online music, but there online stores you can buy and download.

many of them have a variety of FLAC, WAV, DSD and other Hi Res music format.

Google will get you many results, I don't have any links with me now, but they are available.

Does the NW-ZX2 have a higher volume level than the NWZA-17A  ?

I have a non EU model of the 17A and I can listen to it at maximum volume most of the time without it hurting my ears.

There is noway I could play the fiio x5 at maximun volume without going deaf.

Because these online stores can only sell to countries and regions that is approved by the rights holders of the music--namely Record Companies. Movie Studios and Record Companies are the ones to blame for worldwide availability and release windows issues.

Instead of Gramas tempered glass, i jumped on 2 of DayJoy's tempered glass. There's a price drop on these now.

And lowest drop for Sandisk 128gb

Yes, the ZX2 seems to be a lot more powerful than the a15 that I used to own, the bass is improved, as well as the volume. It's an overall huge upgrade.
Probably due to the super cap having reserve power capacity. Not sure, but it seems like there's a lot more than 15mw.

Been burning in my ZX2 for a little less than 50 hours now and this thing is starting to become a hell of a DAP.

I'm looking forward to reaching the 200 hour point. Awesomeness awaits!

I'm sure you will really enjoy it once it finishes its christening period,
It really grabs you and takes you to that magical musical state, I find my self drifting away with the music.
I get sent to this meditative state. Where I can let all my hassles go, and enjoy my music like never before.
