SONY NW-ZX2

I agree. Mojo tries hard to be so clear in clarity that there is something digital about the treble that is rolled off. The Sony in TRRS feels just so natural and analog with no fatigue. Also because there is a lot of headstage.....everything seems so effortless, punchy,.neutral.and light......I definitely wouldn't call it bass tilted and dark like in SE TRS. I wish I could get the same result for my studio monitors, but that's where it is hard as the ZX2 output is weak. I guess I'll grab a mojo for the desktop and use the Sony on the go. CHEERS!

I would say in this situation, the new WM1A may be your step up :D, you chance to get newer Walkman and powerful....except not a desktop external DAC

If you look for external DAC that is transportable, Pha-3 is the recommended unit. With upgraded cables all around in balanced mode, it competes to mid-tier Real desktop system
yeah baby yeah, hope you can amke me some cable adapters for my Z5 one balanced TRRRs pig tail and the other TRRs normal 3,6mm piggy tail,i am tempted to send you my Z7, my german BF has them waiting for me in Hamburg to me pick them in december. I am feeling tempted to send them to you so you mod them

Thanks for your kind words, but dealing with custom maybe the largest obstacles in the chain

Just got an email from Amazon that they have shifted the estimated delivery for my order for a 256GB SanDisk card that I ordered 1 1/2 month ago. New expected delivery is November to January. Samsung is in stock but cost £70 more

Why spend this when you can get 200Gb for like £79? The jump in size just isn't worth it yet. Surely you can carry an extra card?

I've got a 200GB and the price for the extra capacity in one card is worth it for me
