But everything I've read in this topic tells me that's not true. I'm assuming the seller is wrong?

can't comment with the language, but if they said it has English then that's fine, but... that's too expensive! i got mine brand new less than $450!

@soccerdude84 FYI, I ordered my ZX100 from AccessoryJack.com back in December.  It is the Asia-Pacific version (according to accessoryjack), which has English.
