I was also during that era, but that era is long gone by now.
Why should we settle with less, when more is easily achievable - especially given the price asked for these devices? Or at least don't put Android on them if you're gonna have this kind of SoC
I mean, they put Android on them so we can use streaming apps, and not to only use the Music player app.
The non-Android OS experience on the dual-core 1.8 GHz Mediatek MT8590 SoC used on the WM1A/Z M1 is better than that of the ZX707 even.
In any case, the experience on the ZX707 is more acceptable - at least let us have that level of performance in the future.
Of course, it's only my view on the matter.
