I think someone said that a 200gb card worked, and that's above the stated max of 128gb. My card is 128 and works fine, the only problem is the more music you have, the longer the player takes to start up, as it catalogues all the files every time the player is started.

I did use a 200 gb card on the A35 for a while without any problems.

Thanks for the info, I'm using a 200Gb card, but I have reached the stage I have to delete files to add new ones, so an update is on the cards.
Theoretically, the A35/45 will handle any card up to the limit of the file system. The reason that marketing originally put a limit is usually because that is the largest card available at the time of release, so to be safe, they only "certify" that a device will handle a certain size so they don't get accused of false advertising.

I'll say that the 400gb cards aren't as fast...going from a 256GB Extreme "back" to a 400GB Ultra was kinda painful. There are faster 400GB cards coming out, but at present, the Ultra isn't the most responsive card. You'll notice a bit more lag when scrolling through the interface, especially as the 400GB gets filled up.

Bloody damn good to be honest. way better than i expected. Very musical however not the most mature sound. I briefly listen to it with the ibasso it01 on balanced, great pairing.
