Comfortably Numb / Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd - P•U•L•S•E
Both of them brought tears to my eyes the first time I heard them.
Brain Damage - Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon (30th Anniversary SACD Hybrid)
Not even on the SACD and it's amazing. And on a side note, I love the little "Disc made in Austria" sticker that was on it when I got it, too bad I don't have any "Made in Austria" AKGs... then this would be perfect
Currently listen to Tomorrowland 2010 bits and pieces combined together by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and jesus, so many switches are incredible. There's like 1 minute of the 1 hour track that I just keep replaying . Oh and I just got my new phones.. may be why lol.
ok here's a few vinyl favs:
1. James Newton Howard & Friends - Anything off side A
2. The Mobile Fidelity "Half Speed Remastered" versions of:
Steely Dan Aja - Stevie Gad's drums are slick and precise
Weather Report - Heavy Weather - Side A - Abraham Laboriel's bass lines are to die for!
Pink Floyd - DSotM or The Wall
Rush - 2112
And some digital favs:
3. Thom Rotella Band - Cut #4 from their self titled first album. An incredible bass solo
4. Enigma - Sadness Part I off of Love Sensuality & Devotion - The Remixes
5. Cyndi Lauper - Time After Time
6. Madonna - Vogue
7. Evanescence - Lithium or My Immortal (with drums)
8. Sting - Shape of My Heart
9. Fleetwood Mac - Rhiannon or The Chain
I'll think of some more, but any of these cuts are made of eargasmic awesomeness!
