Alright, there's actually albums that amaze me, not just songs. This is probably just due to the fact that I haven't owned anything of this quality prior, and they hid the great little details of the songs.

Iron Maiden - Rock In Rio
I like a few songs more than others (Fear of the Dark in particular), but overall, being live warms it up a little and just makes me love these Grados all that much more.

Rush - The Spirit of Radio: Greatest Hits
Everything about Rush sounds better through these phones.

my test tracks from those two:

Iron Maiden: The number of the beast, Isle of Avalon (last album)
Rush: Subdivisions (drums), Test for Echo (guitars), Red Barchetta

I just wanted to thank everyone who recommended the Alice in Chains Unplugged album. Never really listened to them actively before, but that album is absolutely mindblowing.

Love their music and the quality is stunning.

There's been some good recommendations in this thread.

I really liked the tracks i knew from Dirt off the Alice in Chains unplugged album. Really nicely mixed i thought.
The Tord Gustavsen Trio's 'Being There' is wonderful too. Thanks for that one!
Chesky records ultimate demo was interesting, some amazing recordings on it.

If i may add a couple of extra recommendations:

Bombay Bicycle Club - Rinse me down & Many Ways from the 'Flaws' album (2010)
Koop - Waltz for Koop (2001)
Jazzanova - In Between (2002)
Burial - Untrue (2007)
Apparat - Walls (2007)
The Cinematic Orchestra - Anything by them is beautifully recorded.
