It wasn't until recently that I realized a lot of the music I thought sounded "the best" was all produced under one dude: Aaron Sprinkle. Seems like a gem within the CCM scene, which I grew up with, so a lot of the stuff has stuck with me. Some of the more universal albums/tracks by bands like Thousand Foot Krutch, Falling Up, and FAIR have gorgeously clean production.
 
CD ripped ALACs are beautiful.
