Well, for the K 601, Russian Circles' entire Station album is incredibly awesome, especially the song Harper Lewis. If I were rich, I'd keep the 601 around just for that song/album!
 
For the K 314 buds, paired with foobar's default crossfeed, just about everything. But to narrow it down, anything with guitars + distortion + drums. Like Agalloch's And The Great Cold Death Of The Earth.
