From your suggestions I can see most of you guys are young kids.  I'm somewhat older but still like good sound.  Here are a few suggestions that I think anyone would enjoy.

Chesky's "Untimate Demonstration Disc"
Allen Taylor's "Colour to the Moon"
Rebecca Pidgeon's song "Spanish Harlem"
And for sheer fun, Yello's "Baby"

Gorillaz - Stylo
Modest Mouse - Ocean Breaths Salty
Gos Is an Astronaut - All is Violent All is Bright

I also find the Piano sounds mezmerizing on the Denons.

Yeah...I find it slightly disturbing but yet weirdly provocative.

I just find it hilarious. Genius; it's just headphones with gel pads, the rest is the viewers own association....

Anything by the Carpenters in FLAC.  They're music was recorded so cleanly, and they're lack of 10,000 different instruments playing at once lets your headphones maximize their separation capabilities.

Also, Joe Satriani makes WOW-ness.

I'm not sure how well their music was recorded, but Quiet Riot also has some awesome songs. Try Metal Health, Voodoo Brew, and Bass Case, for a combo of sounds. Should provide some foot tappingly rocking tunes.
