on a side note, trying to make this post threw my head into a time travel spin. I didn't click on last page at first and somehow thought this thread got resurrected from 2006. holy cow batman. I just recently got diagnosed with asperger's and it's explains me a lot, but damn guys, I was hardly recognizing any 'phone equipment from that era.

I vote Massive Attack for a general audience that enjoys listening to music or the hardware.

I haven't seen many depeche mode votes. probably more niche these days but they still sound great. spirit, ultra, songs of faith and devotion, playing the angel.

lianne la havas if you want a woman breathing in your ears. is your hearing big enough?

Spacious. One word. For an electronically produced track it just sings to me. Small details that catch you off guard around every turn. Beautiful bass design, and flawless progression throughout the entire journey. Just a gorgeous track all around.
