Otherwise I'm a very unpicky eater.

wait wait wait wait, people actually eat sea cucumber????

Yeah it's pretty awful. I've eaten a lot of strange things out of respect to others, but I'm always quick to mentally add things to my "ok I really don't like this" list.

I avoid anything cloned or from cloned.

Kangaroo meat has a distinctive smell and it's not as tough as beef.

Crocodile taste like a bit of chicken and squid.

Frog meat is quite similar to chicken but softer.

Jellyfish is nice.

Turtle egg is unlike chicken egg cooked in the same way. It has a seafood smell to it.

Cow testicle taste like squid, I was told !

Anyway, it's better to be a vegetarian.

Premade meals (TV dinners..) with loads of chemicals and bad ingredients.

Sellery makes me gag...

Mango makes me hostile!

Whey Cheese is believed to be destilled wrath coloured brown (I think its Norwegian..)

"Thousand year old egg", Chinese "delicacy".. A rotten and black egg, that has been been buried for months in the ground.

Surstrømning, Swedish rotten fish (insane!)

Oh and meat and organs

Eggplant...

The first time my parents had me try eggplant, it was prepared as follows:

1. My Dad went out out to the grill and grilled it over the fire until the outer skin started flaking off at the touch
2. My mother brought it inside and mashed it down to essentially a pulp
3. This concoction was then cooked with Indian spices, etc.

I could not stand the taste or the consistency of the dish and as a result, to this day, no matter how it is prepared, I cannot bring myself to eat eggplant.

That sounds delicious! ..given the spice blend was good. I make this too, with fried tomatoes and fried red onion mixed up in it, its great with rice and spinach with nutmeg, green chili and lots of garlic. Cheers!
