Nice! Let us know what you think about them when they arrive.I just ordered nr. 25
Sorry if my question was not clear. Not sure, but the Sexytoasterart did say this in his review, “Jeffrey Yin the maker, still crafted a complete product for every backer and then some, which are available directly through his site.” So the headphones in the website now is probably extras from their kickstarter campaign. Looking at the websites, their was about 45 available. After that, it seem Jeffrey will have to make new ones and the website said it will take about 3-4 weeks.
I wanted to ask if wood housing after the No.45 will be added regularly.
Only the future will tell. This went from a DIY to a kickstarter campaign to now having a legit website. Who knows, if this project become very successful, it might turn into next ZMFSorry if my question was not clear.

Oh I willNice! Let us know what you think about them when they arrive.
I hope the Audio-GD Master 19 will provide enough juice.
I will let these go head-to-head with my beloved DCA Ether C Flow 1.1.

Caution: Incomplete Trades/Sales
Looks good, thanks for the heads-up.The SJY Audio Starry Night Planar Magnetic Headphone from Jeffrey Yin is live on a crowdfunding site. Not sure about rules to linking so you'll have to Google. They are an over ear closed back wooden planar magnetic headphone. Zeos reviewed them on YouTube. You'll need some serious power to drive them, but I am also seriously intrigued. I believe he intends to ship even without hitting the goal and has delivered on his previous campaigns.
I see , it's very tempting, but I'm also saving money, so I'll have to wait and see.Only the future will tell. This went from a DIY to a kickstarter campaign to now having a legit website. Who knows, if this project become very successful, it might turn into next ZMF

I was able to chat with Jeffery and he said to mod my existing i just need to fill it with cotton. He is doing it for all future orders already, but in a more polished way. I have not gotten around to it but will report back once I do.You could probably message SexyToasterArt on Reddit for more detail on the mods to do it yourself or it’s probably be better to send a email to Jeffrey (his email is in the official web page) to see if he could probably tweak it for you.

Okay mod completed. Smooths out the treble peak with out effecting the resolution. Took about 15 minutes including messaging the creator to verify i had done it right. I bought this cotton sheet from Amazon: Dynarex Cotton Roll – Non-Sterile, Soft and Absorbent Cotton in an Easy to Tear & Use Roll, 1-pound, 12” x 56", White, 1 - Dynarex Cotton Roll - $12.99 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J4OITMEYou could probably message SexyToasterArt on Reddit for more detail on the mods to do it yourself or it’s probably be better to send a email to Jeffrey (his email is in the official web page) to see if he could probably tweak it for you.
1. Take off pads.
2. Remove these four screws
3. Cut out cotton in the shape of the pad.
4. Trim some cotton off to until it fits.
6. Don't rip out the wires in the process.
7. Reassemble and repeat on other side.

Received No 4 today. First impressions always have to be taken with copious amounts of salt, but so far this has been great. The impressive detail is the star of the show so far, but i'm also impressed by dynamics and soundstage, wouldn't have expected this from a closed back. Excellent comfort. Beautiful (to my subjective taste, of course) cups. Harder to drive than the Heddphone. Headband feels a bit flimsy and cheap.

More listening and right now i'd say that detail and bass alone are already worth the price of admission. Imo stunning in both regards.
Nice to hear that. I heard was really hard to drive, what kind of Amp are you using?More listening and right now i'd say that detail and bass alone are already worth the price of admission. Imo stunning in both regards.

I'm using a Burson Conductor 3 Reference. Seems to be a good match. The Starry Night is taxing it harder than the Heddphone One...Nice to hear that. I heard was really hard to drive, what kind of Amp are you using?

I wonder how these compare to zmf offerings?
