Unless you want frequency response to go off and lose details on top of that. The lower impedance choice would definitely be the better one in the case of the SE846, for sure!

Yes, that too! Thanks for filling in the "why" one would want lower impedance with the SE846 part of my answer.
I have the Oppo HA-2SE it drives my SE846 very well, slightly better than my V30. I use it as a headphone amp via its "line-in" to act as a lower impedance buffer between the phone and the SE846 for the reasons already mentioned.

I'm not an expert, I used the chord mojo for 846 and I'm looking for a better cable, I do not know if better resistance or not,

What filters do you use for 846 and why?

Knowles brown dampers, because I like the way they give a little extra treble, without going as far as sounding sibilant.

Yes there's a thread on here about it, there are several Knowles options to choose from that open up another world of sonic options.

yesterday I made a very quick listening with my v20 with dac saber, 846 incredible with blue filter, let alone with my mojo and now I am aware of extra filters well, but on amazon italy there are not.

No you need to buy the Knowles filters from Mouser, or find a seller on ebay.

Got my 846s as well- they sound surprisingly good fresh out of the box directly out of my IPhone7 w/Apple dongle.
I will have to experiment more with different tips to find a comfortable fit - so far the biggest black foam tips work well. Not being used to IEMs it's still quite fiddly to get a good fit.
Currently testing them on my Metrum Hex / AudioGD Master9 rig - VERY nice! Not quite noiseless (very faint on one channel) but nothing I can't live with being a vinyl fan, lol....
Now, if I could get the same audio quality from a portable source that'd be great!
