Thanks KeuNamoo for your reply! Nice to hear your experience with the se215 and the se846. One last question about the fit and comfort of the se846 vs the se215, reviews state that the se846 is a little bit bigger than the se215. Is it noticeably bigger or is it not noticeable? Did you notice any difference or did it felt the same to you?
yea the body is a bit bulkier but the penetration/insertion is similar just the bulkiness changes the angle it goes in your ear a tiny bit it goes in but its for the most part similar but yea as the body of the se215s would sit snug in the concave of my ear a bit snug the se815s sticks out a little is all

I +1 this place. Got it for $799 (I had to set up an account before I saw that price). They said "back-ordered" when I ordered it, but got it 3-4 days later. Saw in the tracking that it came directly from Shure, in Wheeling, IL.
It's relative to the source being used, and it would be noticeable in any IEM. It's primarily a factor when using one's phone with an active GSM antenna alongside poor reception (or just LTE in general for some reason), but there may be other factors that contribute to it.
The iBasso DX90 also seems sensitive to EMI. If I leave it near my phone, I can hear the pulses from my phone's GSM antenna whenever a call or SMS comes in.
Hi all, someone has the shure se846 and sony amp PHA -3 ? I wonder how much is the difference between normal output and balanced output for shure, as would have to send to make a cable ( I think of a null- audio bravety or lune MK3 ) but I wonder if it worth Excuse my English but I speak Spanish xD! I live in chile.
Yeah, I did, and they already processed the refund. The SE215's were old looking too lol, it was a serious let down when I realized they were not the SE846's.

Cool thanks for the reply. Btw I have fiio dac amps like the e07k and one of the other upper models how does the ibasso amp stack up to them do you think it offers enough sonic audio improvement over those to warrant dropping another 100+ on the ibasso?
Does anyone use the white triple flange tips with this? Ive been using them for quite a while now and have cut off the inner most flange because it was too deep. I think i might have lost some intimacy as well as isolation but it was digging too deep and was actually painful to insert all the way.
Anyway, my question is for those who have been using them, how do you clean these?
Mine are starting to turn yellow and the outermost flange that provides the best isolation is actually beginning to warp which hinders the tight seal. Any suggestions?
Also, after using these, I'm sort of desiring a combination of all options.
Id like the deep rumble of the black filters with the brightness and spaciousness of the white filters while having the isolation of the triple flange tips with the soundstage of the gray olives. I don't want to use the foam tips and get used to that sound because I feel the foam tips wont last long as complys for me only last a few weeks.
