I would try a factory reset if you can

Does the unit charge properly?

How much battery life do you have? If you can, drain the battery and recharge fully.

Factory reset did the trick.

Been a while since I tried to figure out the imported playlist stuff, but I still can't get it to work. Clicking on the songs says no file found, but I put my m3u file in the folder that was created when I exported one.

If it shows no file found, there will be some error in formatting in your playlist. Either issue with absolute path(can be different folder/driver name) or relative(different folder)

Yeah, I assume it has to do with how I created the playlist, so that it's trying to find the files where they were on my computer. Do I have to open the playlist in notepad or something and manually change the pathing on all the song locations?

I believe PS5 have some limited support of USB DACs, but it's not something we tested.

My Fiio-Q1 can be detected but Shanling Q1 cannot. If anything can be done on the firmware side will be great

Been wondering the same thing since last update was last July. Not that anything is missing but their is still room for improvement of OS and usability certainly. Seems they are focused on android DAP's at the moment. Wondering about updated version of M2X, maybe once that happens MTouch will get some attention.

Recent updates were for our Android platform.

But we have some new update coming to Mtouch players, but not sure when.

My Fiio-Q1 can be detected but Shanling Q1 cannot. If anything can be done on the firmware side will be great

We have no plans to be adjusting it for this.

Am happy new owner of a Shanling Q1 and very happy about its versatility, look and feel.
It even worked connecting my new L&P dongle W2 in USB-out mode.
While Bluetooth receiver function is working flawlessly from my iPhone over AAC I cannot get it working with my Sony Soundbar HT-ZF9.
My Qudelix 5k in comp is working flawlessly with my Soundbar being recognized as an LDAC receiver....
Any plans to enhance the LDAC receiver mode in that regards?
