I have tried the MW200 with couple different pair of IEMs. The MW200 is more than sufficient for the low impedance and high sensitivity IEMs and it drives those really well.
It pairs great with my Andromeda Gold/Andromeda S/Andromeda 2020 and fairly well with the Ibasso IT01s as well.
However, the MW200 will have trouble with harder to drive IEMs (eg BGVP Zero) and seems to struggle to put out enough power to drive them well. The BGVP Zero has thin bass and thin treble when paired with MW200 even at max volume. But USB dongles have no trouble driving the BGVP Zeros to their fullest.......

Max volume on both the MW200 and your phone? MW200 is not as powerful as UP2 or UP4, but so far we didn't found any IEMs that would demand too much from it. Will try to look up how is this BGVP model set-up.

Folks, I cannot find it in the manual. But what's the maximum number of devices that can be paired with mw200? Also is there any way to see the list / manage paired devices?

Will check with software team if there is some limit on our devices, but if yes, do not think anybody hit it yet.

There is no way how to view currently paired devices or how to delete them.

How to use MW200 as USB DAC? I connected the MW200 USB C port to computer USB C. When turn on the MW200 it went to pairing mode. Tried multiple time and it does not seems to be able to connect to a notebook PC. Can you provide the steps and picture if possible?

You just connect it to computer, turn it on and then it should show up in sound settings and you are good to go.

I would advice to use different cable and different port if possible, we saw some cases when MW200 doesn't work properly with USB-C to USB-C cable.

Are the parts same since it was launched or are there any improved versions of it?
Is the over ear hook part moldable or of permanent shape?
If moldable, does it has metal wire or do we need to apply some heat for it to mold over our ears?

Any recommendation on the type of USB C to USB C cable for connecting NW200 to M6 Pro. Tried several cables it does not work.

MW200 is released to international markets, you can check with your local distirbutor of Shanling for availability.

Earhooks are pre-shaped, you would need to use heat to change the shape. They do not use the metal wire.

USB-C cables seems to be picky about this connection. So far it seems using USB-C OTG adapter and standard USB-A to USB-C cable works better.

Can your review how the usb c conection auto detect? I think there are issues on how it recognize the connected device. For example, sometime I can connect to my laptop usb c and in other cases it don't work.
Also you Shanling App, can it be trigger via phone USB c rather than bluetooth.

But of course I can give you some advice or troubleshooting on the MW200.

Anytime you connect MW200, you need to turn it on (even if it was turned on before) and once you start playing music, it should switch into USB DAC mode.
But if you are connecting to USB-C port, we got some reports that MW200 doesn't work with USB-C ports, if you use certain USB-C to USB-C cables.

Shanling controller app only works via Bluetooth.
