Shanling MW200 Hi-Fi Bluetooth neckband adapter - BT 5.0 , AK4377A DAC/AMP, supports LDAC, LHDC, aptX HD, aptX LL

I have my first major issue with the MW200. Updated firmware to v1.3.1. And everytime I want to pick up a call or dial out, MW200 will disconnect and shutdown. This is happening with both LDAC and AptX.

If you owned (or tested) as well LC-BT2, can you write few words about range of MW200 vs rival products? Thanks!
MW200 range is about the same as the Fiio one. But then, I generally keep them quite close to the source so never had any problem with either.

Also noticed that onboard EQ is probably not working with LDAC same as any others. However, EQ native from the S20Ultra still works, presumably it processed the eq to the sound stream before LDAC. Built-in EQ (from the app) works when using AptX connections.

Thank you so much!
I have a lot of problems with LC-BT2, actually it works only stable (APTX HD and LDAC) when DAP placed on the table and I’m doing something not far than 1 meter from DAP. If I put DAP to pocket then connection immediately degrades.
My use case to do gym workouts at home but not be limited to to stay close to DAP :)))
If you can do some tests for me, I will really appreciate your help!
There is no any Shanling distri in Hungary, so, I can order it only from HifiGo.

We are aware of this and working on fix.

In our Bluetooth set-up, EQ is done by the onboard hardware, which doesn't have enough power to deal both with LDAC and EQ at the same time. Due to this, EQ is effective only when using lower demanding BT codecs.

We have range of EU distributors and sellers, you can consider if that would be easier than ordering from China.

Just updated to 1.3.2 and confirm that calls with MW200 now works. Voice seems to be clear but need to do more testing to confirm. But initial impression on voice quality is fine.

And did some walking around to test range. Seems that the MW200 in LDAC can maintain connection in my home up to 8 meters away and thru one concrete and one plaster walls. Not too bad. Obviously, way better than any of my TWS earpieces (MTW2, Track Air+SE and Buds+), and similar to LC-BT2. But as for any wireless range tests, YMMV.....

My lc-bt2 has much worst connectivity then. As an example, I have zoned my hall room with a plaster drywall to “guest” and “dining” areas, when I stay opposite side from my source through that wall, connection heavily interrupted even using APTX codec.

@Shanling Do the MW200 have multi point connection? So that I can have them connected to my laptop and the companion app from my phone?

Yes, MW200 can be connected to two sources simultaneously.

How hard would it be to remove memory wire?

Comparable to removing it from any other cable.
Of course you risk damaging the cable during this process and after it's removed, the point where cable enters connector will be under more stress.

I got my MW200 and have been using it for 3 days. It's a great product. Well done Shanling.
I have a problem which i hope will be fixed asap ;
I have 2 simultaneous pairs/connection with LDAC, one of them to phone and other one to DAP. There is no problem if i just listen music via DAP without messing with phone but when I try to use phone i can hear about 10 seconds long very annoying sound like stuttering or the annoying sound like you can hear it when you have a connection issue/low strength bt connection. Already updated last fw (1.3.2). My phone has BT 5.0 and DAP has BT 4.2 both has LDAC, APTX HD, LHDC. @Shanling
