WHen switching to different app, it will only affect DSD playback, which will be run as D2P instead.

So when using a third-party music player app such as UAPP, the M6 Pro cannot do native DSD playback and will reverts to DSD to PCM instead? What about playing a DSD file or SACD ISO file via USB digital output? Is DoP supported when using third-party apps?

At first try to uninstall this device from device manager(right click on it and "uninstall device", uninstall Shanling drivers and then try it all again. As M6 Pro works with your desktop just fine, it will be some software glitch on your Lenovo.

UP4 is using basic USB solution that works without drivers, so that will work anytime.

Depends from app to app, if it has its own setting to do direct USB output, ti should be able to output DSD to USB DAC>

I've downloaded the Neutron music app. I use to use it with my LG V30, but switched to UAPP when I got my V40.
Is anyone else using Neutron with their M6 Pro? Are there any tips, tricks, or specific settings I need to use? There is a lot of settings with this app, and I want to make sure that I'm getting the best from it with the M6 Pro. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Shanling i want to know if this can be function as usb dac to another android gear especially my phone, since i couldnot manage to do that, i have micro usb and usb c cable and connect it to my android phone and it failed to detected, i had another android dap before (not shanling) that can do this function perfectly, i already turned on usb dac mode as well, am i missing something here or is there a way to do that !? if usb dac only limited to usb with pc or laptop, then i guess that's explained why...

Just want to updated, problem solved, idk what happened last time it didnot work, maybe there's something to do with this android version, i also found out that you cant listened spotify and youtube at the same time, you must close spotify application 1st and vice versa.

Still problem connecting usb in my laptop still unsolved.
