I've just recently acquired a Shanling M6 Pro (21).

When I turn it on (after it has powered itself down with "Idle Poweroff") it often goes into the boot screen.

This is quite annoying! Is there any way I can stop this from happening and just have it power up normally? I've been told I'm holding the button down too long - but it seems I can't really judge how to do it so I don't.

Only thing I can think of is if you move the power on switch rotation up or down on well turning on will bring up the boot screen.

Basically when turning it on just push power button and not rotate it.

I was looking to buy a clear TPU case for my M6 Pro 21 and I was pretty sure, but I just wanted to confirm, that the size and button layout of the M6 Pro 21 is identical to the M6 21? Thanks!

EDIT: I can see that the body of the M6/M6 21 has a curve in the upper right where the M6 Pro/Pro21 does not, so they're not exactly the same shape. Looks like AliExpress has the Pro/Pro 21 case and it does have a squared upper right vs. the curved M6/M6 21 case.

Correct, they are different in shape in that one corner.

You would enter this menu if you are holding the upper left button while powering on the device. It can happen by itself if you are using any 3-rd party case that presses on the button.

Guys, please share the information regarding the dimensions (marking) of the battery for the Shanling M6Pro. I want to buy a replacement battery.
I have the M6Pro 2020 model, but I think they are the same in the M6 model range.
I will be very grateful for your help.

i am trying to control m6 pro 21 with synclink from my phone , but i cant have access to folders, if i go artist, songs etc everything is fine
Any help??

Also I install tidal and Spotify in both my mobile and m6, and while from Spotify I can choose the m6 and play, in tidal I can't see from my mobile the m6. It doesn't support tidal connect?

I don't think there is any alternative for Tidal connect for Android devices, that's normally function implemented in linux based streamers directly.

Hello I just purchased the Shanling M6 Pro 21 edition and was wondering if the TPU clear soft case for the regular M6 will fit the M6 Pro 21 or does it have different dimensions?, I don't want to purchase the wrong case.
