@kr0mka. Have you tried just scrolling the wheel up and down from 0-100 and then from 100-0? I had the same problem and did that a few times and it solved it for me.
Wow, seems like it helped a lot. It still skips sometime, but it happens a lot less often now Thanks for that!
All our translations are done by our international distributors. You can send me in PM list of things you think are incorrect and I will talk with them about changing it.
There was big adjustment to wheel accuracy in firmware 3.0. If you are experiencing it being better at lower firmware, it's software problem and it seems we can do even more adjustments.
As much as we try, we can never create flawless product. No company can. We will always rely on parts(such as potentiometer and USB connector) from third party manufacturers that can break or have slight variance in their precision.
Can you tell me from which seller you bought your player?
Sure, I will compile a list and send it to you during the upcoming week. Regarding the wheel issue, upon further investigation I think this might be a hardware potentiometer issue, as the skipping still happens on earlier firmwares, while it wasn't happening when I first got the device. Also, could you comment on the 0-100 scrolling and back trick? Is it some software callibration? Or did just the connection clear up from that much constant scrolling and that's why it works better now?
