Tested it around, latest version of HiBy app and not seeing this issue. Jumping from MQA files to normal, sampling rate keeps changing. You can send report to HiBy about this behavior in their app.Yes, the previous song is an mqa file.

I have the Sony xm3 but have not tried any Bluetooth connection yet. Mainly use then with my phone for convenience. When I'm using the M3x I go balanced wired really. If I get chance and remember I'll give it a run tomorrowThis player is very interesting to me, at the price point & long battery life. Very very interesting. Have a pair of LZ A7 IEM's, Sony WH-1000xm3 headphones & waiting on the WF-1000xm4 TWS - Anyone have any of those headphones that can provide some insight on performance with the m3X?
I use relative path M3U on SDDoes anyone have any advice on best practice for playlist formats for the M3X?
Eg. Relative or absolute paths? Store on SD or not?
I have 400+ of these output by a script and want to be able to sync these to my M3X along with the music.
Thanks!
I have a Sony WH-910 using LDAC with the M3X, no issues but I see you have the A-45 (I have the A-55), should perform the same sound-wise.This player is very interesting to me, at the price point & long battery life. Wifi works well along with apps (I use Neutron, UAPP and Poweramp), price to performance ratio is great. Thanks for the response.
I think the advantage with this player will be it's Android based, so being able to load apps & use it over wifi. I assume wifi is possible?
I've been looking at the Sony ZX-507 as well, but battery life is not great.
Will say it sounds good, connection solid. Pretty quiet though, having to push it closer to 80 to get a satisfying punch from Tom WaitsI have the Sony xm3 but have not tried any Bluetooth connection yet. Is there a way of getting around volume limits on the M3X?Will say it sounds good, connection solid. Pretty quiet though, having to push it closer to 80 to get a satisfying punch from Tom Waits
If you have 400+ playlists, easiest way would be to find app that can work with your current playlists.Does anyone have any advice on best practice for playlist formats for the M3X?

Not likely. M3X is not designed for use with iOS.@Shanling I tried to use my M3X as a USB dac for an iphone 7 using lightning to USB camera connector (USB only version) but I keep getting "cannot use requires to much power" from iphone, any workaround without buying the USB with lightning version of the connector?
